Your ritual

Mapping your skin

Four questions, about ninety seconds. No account needed. You get a reading of your skin, the one thing to do first, and the products we would start you on — chosen from what we actually stock, never a fixed list.

Mapping again

Ritual → Map again. This replaces the ritual you have now, which is the point when your skin has changed.

Why a step is in my ritual

Every step says why on the result screen. If it still does not make sense, ask us — that question is usually a sign our wording needs fixing, not that you missed something.

Orders

Shipping and returns

Everything in one ritual ships together, in one order. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. Opened skincare cannot be resold and so cannot be returned — unless it arrived damaged or wrong, in which case tell us and we will make it right.

Repeat orders

Set a ritual to repeat every 4, 6, or 8 weeks at checkout, or do not — you can reorder when you run out. Change or stop a repeat any time from your account.

HOLY PASS

Six dollars a month or sixty a year: 10% off everything online, and member pricing on services at Ritual Bar in South Jordan. Cancel any time from You → HOLY PASS. Your member rate stays until the period you have paid for ends.

Your account

Signing in

A one-time code to your phone. There is no password. If a code does not arrive, check the number and try again, then email us and we will sort it by hand.

Deleting your account

You → Delete account. Immediate. It removes your profile, your mapping and your history. Orders already placed are kept where the law requires. If you cannot reach the app, email us.

Find Ritual is guidance, not diagnosis. Nothing in the app treats a medical condition. Anything painful, spreading, bleeding, sudden or persistent belongs with a dermatologist.
