Privacy at Find Ritual.

What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it. Written to be read.

What we collect

When you map your skin

Your answers to four questions, and the reading derived from them. If you are not signed in this stays on your device. If you are, it is saved to your account so a new phone does not lose it.

When you sign in

Your mobile number, and the one-time code we send to it. No passwords, because there are none.

When you buy something

Payment is processed by Shopify. Card details go directly to them and are never seen or stored by us or by the app. We see the order, not the card.

When you use Ask

Your question is sent to Anthropic to be answered. It is not used to train models, and we do not send your name, contact details, or anything identifying alongside it.

Automatically

App version, device type, and error reports, so we can fix what breaks. No advertising identifiers, no cross-app tracking. We do not ask permission to track you because we do not track you.

Who processes data for us

• Shopify — orders, payments, customer records
• Twilio — one-time codes and order texts
• Klaviyo — email and SMS you opted into
• Cloudflare — hosting and the services the app talks to
• Anthropic — answering questions in Ask

How long we keep it

Account and mapping records for as long as you have an account. Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it.

Your choices

Delete everything

In the app: You → Delete account. Immediate. Or email hello@findritual.com.

Get a copy, or correct something

Email us. We will send what we hold, or fix it, within 30 days.

Stop hearing from us

Unsubscribe in any email, or reply STOP to any text. Order confirmations are transactional and keep coming while an order is open.

If you are in the EU or UK

Legal bases: contract for orders, consent for marketing, legitimate interest for keeping the service working and secure. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object — email us and we will act within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

If you are in California

You may request what we collect, request deletion, and correct inaccuracies. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, and we will never charge you differently for exercising a right.

Children

Find Ritual is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change something that matters, we will say so here and date it.
